By accessing or using Dikast (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dikast is an AI-powered debate platform that provides judging, preparation, and practice tools for competitive debate. The Service includes AI-generated debate flows, reason-for-decision (RFD) outputs, transcript analysis, and related tools.

Important:Dikast uses artificial intelligence. AI-generated judge decisions, flows, and feedback are informational only and are not a substitute for a human judge's ruling. Dikast is not responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

4. Subscription & Billing

Dikast offers a Pro subscription at $14.99/month with a 1-month free trial. By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method. You may cancel anytime from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Dikast reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice posted on this website.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing
• Attempt to circumvent debate competition rules or judging criteria using AI outputs
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated bots or scrapers without written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. User Content

You retain ownership of debate transcripts and content you upload to Dikast. By using the Service, you grant Dikast a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Intellectual Property

Dikast's name, logo, design, AI outputs, and all original content generated by the Service are owned by Dikast or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or repurpose AI-generated RFDs or flows for commercial purposes outside of personal debate preparation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DIKAST DOES NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE. YOU USE AI OUTPUTS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dikast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings.
